Germany, Kriegsmarine. A Coastal Artillery War Badge, by C.E. Juncker Newly Listed therefore awarded between 1914-16(Kriegsabzeichen fr die Marineartillerie). Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central coastal artillery with its barrel raised and extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a flattened catch emanating from a circular plate, designer marked OTTO PLACZEK,
