American Steel "American Steel" 2025-07-18 Pressed on yellow and blackAmerican Steel is the last great band to come out of Berkeley's 924 Gilman scene. Forged in the same res as Operation Ivy, Crimpshrine, and Rancid, these soulful punks have at long last decided to unearth their self titled album from 1998. AmSteel evolved into one of the most artful and sophisticated punk bands around, but this quartet began as a truly raw and wrathful DIY out t, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share this 17 song hidden gem.
