Roches Neuves Les Roches 2015 Size::6 Bottle Case Appearance: Pale straw

Appearance: Pale straw

a wine of precision

Very pure and mineral with a nice savouriness

with a depth of flavour built on both the character of the vintage and the age of the vines

Roches Neuves Les Roches 2015 Size::6 Bottle Case Appearance: Pale straw100% Cabernet Franc. Organic. Harvesting is by hand, a cold soak infusion is employed on some of the parcels, and the wild yeast fermentation and levage is in tank. The vines are also farmed biodynamically. Again, this sings. But now with a more fleshy personality and blackberry and nettley fruit notes. More pulpy in texture there is still the classic mouthwatering freshness and drive that you expect of this level of Saumur.
