Domaine Jean Defaix Chablis 1.5L 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case As with all the whites

As with all the whites here

picked by hand and crushed in small batches

while the aftertaste has superb salinity

It is rare to find such refined fruitiness

Domaine Jean Defaix Chablis 1.5L 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case As with all the whitesDaniel Dampt is one of Chablis most celebrated producers, and he produces wines both under his own name and that of Jean Defaix, his father in law. The domaine covers 30 hectares of vines (16 in AOC Chablis and 14 in 1er Cru vineyards) split across five sites. A stylish and classic Chablis with body and balance. Intensely fresh and bone dry, with steely flavours of apple and citrus and oodles of oyster shell minerality.
