Instituted 20. 12. 1939 by Generalfeldmarshall Walther von Brauchitsch. (issued 1939 1945). Constructed of oval shaped oak leaf wreath in silvered zink, , with a national eagle clutching a swastika on the top and a bowtie on the bottom.
